Live-In Caregiver

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $160/day

Locations of Rotations Available: Farmersville Texas


This is a Permanent week on week off Rotation (7DAYS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Embark Care. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide personalized non-medical care in a home setting, including assistance with activities of daily living, transportation services, and resource information. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong desire to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, transfers and grooming

  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed

  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

  • Work a Wednesday 12:00pm THROUGH Wednesday 12:00pm schedule with a week on/week off rotation

Requirements:

  • Live-in experience and hands-on care experience, as well as companionship experience that can be verified by professional and personal references

  • Memory Care experience and ability to support clients with dementia and Alzheimer's that can be verified by professional and personal references

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance

  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
