Job Summary

At Flat Irons Flex Care, we believe exceptional care begins with compassionate and dedicated caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes by providing personalized care, companionship, and daily assistance that improves quality of life.

We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

  • Prepare meals and snacks as needed

  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed

  • Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation

  • Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks

  • Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
