Now Hiring: Home Dialysis Care Team Members (Registered Nurse)
Are you interested in meaningful, one-on-one patient care in a home setting? We are exploring interest in part-time Home Dialysis roles supporting patients receiving hemodialysis in their homes. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians or caregivers who value flexibility, independence, and building strong patient relationships.
Schedule
  • 5 days per week (3-5 week total duration)
  • Approximately 3-4 hours per day
  • Consistent weekday schedule (no long shifts)
  • Future opportunities available

Locations
  • Lawrenceville, GA

About the Role
Team members provide dialysis care or support in a patient's home as part of a home hemodialysis program. Depending on your background, you may:
  • Fully perform dialysis treatments or assist with care during treatments
  • Set up, monitor, and clean dialysis equipment
  • Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs
  • Communicate observations and concerns with the nursing team
  • Support patients in a calm, private, one-on-one environment
