Can you have a job if you live in a group home?

Live-in group home RNs can typically work outside the home, but scheduling and staffing policies may vary. Employment often requires maintaining a flexible schedule and meeting licensing or certification requirements, such as a valid RN license. • Conduct and document inโ€‘home assessments; perform procedures such as ear irrigation, pointโ€‘ofโ€‘care testing, IV placement and lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Provide patient and family education, followโ€‘up care, and care coordination using the Imagine Pediatrics platform.
  • Flex into the virtual acute care RN role to conduct virtual assessments and manage urgent pediatric needs using established protocols.
  • Document care in the EMR (Athena) and communicate with families through Imagine Pediatrics' proprietary application.
  • Utilize virtual platforms and digital tools confidently to support care delivery.

First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
  • Comfort driving long distances in varied weather conditions.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in the home environment.
  • Comfort with EMRs, virtual platforms, and mobile documentation tools.
What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The role offers a base hourly range of $44/hr - $48/hr in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
