Looking for a part-time opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior maintenance experience is required. We are willing to train a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure grounds, buildings, and common areas are maintained to company standards.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready within established timelines.
  • Support preventative maintenance projects as needed.
  • Assist with snow removal during inclement weather.
  • Maintain the property's curb appeal, including landscaping, walkways, model homes, and office areas.
  • Keep storage and shop areas clean, organized, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with other maintenance and property-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Possess basic hand tools or be willing to obtain them.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in emergency situations.
