Gate Management & Flow: Monitor flights via company provided radar services. Monitor IGC's Resource Management System (RMS). Manually adjust flights within the RMS as necessary.

Coordinate gate changes within the RMS as operationally necessary. Coordinate assignment changes with airline personal effectively to minimize operational disruption. Enforce gate use policies, including international/domestic separation and CBP compliance.

Operational Coordination: Maintain operational situational awareness (flow, weather, delays, ATC constraints, inoperative equipment) to effectively make operational decisions. Serve as a central point of contact for activity affecting the non-movement areas assigned to IGC. Collaborate with IGC team, FAA, airport duty managers, ground handlers, and airline OCCs to ensure cohesive airfield flow.

Respond to IROPS (Irregular Operations) scenarios, including diversions, medicals, mechanicals, weather and other scenarios. Communication & Reporting: Document all significant ramp events, incidents, and deviations. Document flight delays and associated impacts.
