As an Office Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and grow your career in the exciting world of human resources. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the company’s growth in the region by providing people excellence for the Human Resources team, in the areas of administration and office/facility management.


Your Mission/Job Functions

• Front facing support - answering phones and greeting visitors and

customers, issuing ID badges.

• Create personnel forms and other documents, as needed.

• Company announcements - events and birthdays.

• Assist the HR Manager and HR Generalist in carrying out

responsibilities for all areas of the North America division.

• Participating in the hiring process: ordering MVR and background/drug

screens for new hires, processing I-9 forms and E-verify, creating

checklists for on/off-boarding, compiling new hire paperwork and

filing, and ordering business cards.

• Managing vendors for the facility, ordering supplies, stocking the

kitchen, catering lunches.

• Maintains the appearance of the facility by tidying up areas.
