B amp;T USA is seeking motivated Additive Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team in Herriman, Utah.
This is a hands-on position where each day brings something different. You'll work with nine industrial metal additive manufacturing systems, producing precision firearm suppressor components using titanium and Inconel powders. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with advanced manufacturing equipment, and continuously learning new skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of manufacturing.
Whether you have experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, manufacturing, or other technical trades, we are looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, prepare, and calibrate industrial metal 3D printing systems.
  • Monitor print jobs to ensure consistent quality and machine performance.
  • Troubleshoot print failures and equipment issues.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs.
  • Prepare build plates, powders, and print files for production.
  • Remove, clean, and process printed components after each build.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Required Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or greater education.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
Preferred
  • Manufacturing, machining, CNC, fabrication, welding, or production experience p.
  • Experience operating industrial or consumer 3D printers.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and additive manufacturing processes.
  • Basic knowledge of firearms and suppressors.
Work Environment:
  • Work performed in a modern manufacturing environment using industrial equipment and metal additive manufacturing systems.
  • Exposed to machinery, metal powders, dust, noise, and other manufacturing conditions while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
