Job description

LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our growing team in Attica, NY. Job Duties

The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. This position is based out of our Attica, NY office but travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.

Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Requirements

  • Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations as well as storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections.
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience.
  • Knowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Additional certification requirements maybe necessary.
