• Bryan Health a non-profit, Nebraska owned and managed health system that is headquartered locally is seeking a new leader to expand their MFM program
• 24X7 laborist model in place; MFM consult only
• 4 day work week
• Excellent technical resources - Airstrip fetal monitoring; scribes; EPIC EMR; Dax CoPilot AI charting tool and ViewPoint u/s that works seamlessly with EPIC 
• Average clinic volume is 12-14 patients per day & average 4-5 inpatient census
• Neonatologists, NNPs & respiratory therapists provide 24/7 coverage for deliveries; Level III NICU
• Employed position, Local non-profit health system
• Program will be expanding in 2027 so new grads also reach out also
Compensation & Benefits
• Incredibly competitive ongoing salary + WRVU bonuses + quality bonuses + medical director stipend =$850K+ Annual Compensation
