Job description

The Hotel Live In General Manager oversees daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth staff coordination. This role requires hands-on leadership, managing resources effectively, and maintaining high standards of service and facility quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel staff and coordinate daily operational activities
  • Maintain positive guest relations and address concerns promptly
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the hotel
  • Ensure proper maintenance of hotel facilities
  • Control inventory and supplies to meet operational needs
  • Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Implement quality assurance programs
  • Develop and deliver staff training initiatives
