The Opportunity:

Join the Commercial organization shaping how FedEx DataWorks goes to market. As Marketing Principal for Growth, you will be a senior marketing voice driving the demand engine and developing the product marketing messaging for supply chain intelligence.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to lead cross-functional alignment on product positioning and messaging, build compelling product and sales readiness content for partners and customers, and ensure our marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes. You are the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead go-to-market campaign development, launch execution, and post-launch optimization for Dataworks solutions.
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market and lifecycle messaging across priority industries, buyer personas, and partner motions, including to-partner and thru-partner-to-customer communications.
  • Own product marketing deliverables, including customized product messaging, customer- and partner-facing marketing assets, sales enablement materials, and sales readiness content that support demand generation, partner education and consideration, and sales throughout the buying journey.
  • Support GTM promotions and incentives.
  • Partner closely with Brand & Communications, Product, Business Development, and Sales to ensure cohesive launch planning, consistent market messaging, and to provide customer insights.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives focused on customer journey optimization, campaign performance, lead nurturing, and marketing reporting.
Who You Are:
  • You have experience in B2B and B2C senior marketing rolesโ€” ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing motions, with an appreciation for creating a cohesive narrative across customer touchpoints and channels.
  • Experience developing compelling content and messaging for enterprise and partner-focused B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo Engage, including A/B testing, campaign execution, lead nurturing, customer journey optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable thriving in a startup-style environment with evolving priorities and the ability to balance planning with handsโ€‘on execution.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong crossโ€‘functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to leverage AI for greater efficiency.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.

Minimum Experience

You have 7โ€“12 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with significant time in a senior or lead capacity โ€” ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.

Domicile Information

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the ranges for each level in that job family. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.

Pay:

US Pay Range: $127,981 - $173,000
