I am very active in the daily operations of my agency and always dishing out high fives for our team's success. I love seeing each member of my team succeed and then how we all succeed as a team.   • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • We train in office!
  • I expect drive and performance on a daily basis
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
