Description

• Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercise protocols
• Record evaluations, interventions, and patient progress according to regulatory and facility standards
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
