Employment Type: Part-Time
Position Summary
The House Mom plays a vital role in supporting the dancers and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional dressing room environment. This position is responsible for ensuring entertainers have the resources they need to perform successfully while upholding club policies, cleanliness standards, and a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, discreet, compassionate, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Dancer Support
  • Welcome entertainers as they arrive for their shift.
  • Assist dancers with check-in procedures and required paperwork.
  • Help new entertainers become familiar with club policies and expectations.
  • Provide basic wardrobe assistance, including emergency repairs when possible.
  • Maintain a supply of essential items such as safety pins, fashion tape, hairspray, makeup remover, toiletries, and first aid supplies.
  • Offer guidance and support while maintaining a professional and respectful environment.
Dressing Room Management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dressing room at all times.
  • Ensure lockers, vanities, mirrors, and common areas remain orderly.
  • Monitor inventory of dressing room supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
  • Assist with laundering towels and other club-issued items as assigned.
  • Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Compliance & Accountability
  • Verify entertainers have completed required check-in procedures before working.
  • Assist management in ensuring entertainers comply with club policies and dress code.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or policy violations to management immediately.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding dancers, guests, and club operations.
  • Help document incidents involving entertainers when requested by management.
Customer Service
  • Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for entertainers.
  • Promote professionalism and teamwork among all staff.
  • Assist in resolving minor concerns before escalating them to management.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, security, DJs, hosts, bartenders, and other departments.
Safety
  • Monitor the dressing room to ensure only authorized personnel are permitted.
  • Help maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Report suspicious activity, theft, harassment, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Assist in emergency situations as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, beauty, retail, or adult entertainment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
