Mankato Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our respected, physician-owned, multi-specialty group as part of our continued growth and succession planning. You will join a collaborative primary care team of 27 physicians and advanced practice providers, with the opportunity to step into an established patient panel while continuing to build your own. Work alongside experienced colleagues and help shape the future of independent medicine in southern Minnesota.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages.
    Transition into an established patient panel while building your own practice over time.
    • Collaborate with advanced practice providers and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
    • Participate in mentorship, clinical collaboration, and the continued growth of our primary care program.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 18-month guaranteed salary range: $190,000–$550,000
