Requirements for the position as an Family / Internal Medicine Physician:
  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted State Medical License in Arizona
  • Certified in BLS or ACLS
  • DEA registered (or eligible)
  • Enrolled (or eligible to enroll) in Medicare/Medicaid
