Job Title:Live-out or Live-in Executive Housekeeper

Location:Southwest Ranches, FL

Family:5 members (2 adults, 3 teenage children)

Home:10,000 square feet

Position Overview:
A warm, welcoming, and active family in Southwest Ranches, FL is seeking a professional Executive Housekeeper for their fine residence. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and personable, committed to maintaining a high standard of care inside the home. This is a long-term opportunity with a family known for treating staff fairly and like part of the household.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full housekeeping duties, including deep, high-end cleaning of all areas of the home.
  • Manage laundry for the family, ensuring proper care of all garments and linens.
  • Organize the home efficiently, maintaining order in all living spaces.
  • Cooking / meal prep if you like to cook a night or two a week...not required just a bonus!
  • Provide school transportation for children as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cook family dinners a few times per week as requested.
  • Set the table and assist with dining arrangements for family meals.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed for family activities or special occasions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $45 - $50/hour DOE
