Job description

Benefits:
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Training & development
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off

This role is for someone who likes talking to people, following up, asking for the sale, and being paid based on results.
Must live in Michigan. Training is in person at our Dearborn Heights office. After training, this role may become hybrid/remote for the right person.
We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to help us grow a successful State Farm agency. This is a commission-role with flexible in-office/remote work after training. The right person can build meaningful income by helping households with auto/home/life insurance.

This is best suited for someone who wants performance-based income rather than hourly pay. Previous successful sales reps in this agency have built strong income through consistent quoting, follow-up, referrals, and relationship-based selling, as well as went on to open their own agencies.

You may be a strong fit if you are:
Friendly, competitive, self-motivated, comfortable making calls, organized, coachable, interested in building long-term income.

Flexible work from home options available.
