Love Help Care Family Support LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
  • Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands
  • Encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members
  • Respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations
Requirements:
