Job Title: Direct Support Professional - DSP
Location: Pennsylvania

About the Role
We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you’ll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service.

Responsibilities

●        Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting

●        Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines

●        Encourage participation in social and community activities

●        Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals

●        Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies

●        Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

●        Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report concerns to the Program Specialist

Required Qualifications

●        Must be at least 18 years old

●        High School Diploma or GED

●        Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

●        Experience in direct care or behavioral health services

●        Familiarity with I/DD populations and residential care settings
