Kindly Direct Care is seeking MALE and FEMALE DSPs who are reliable, caring and motivated to aide individuals with developmental disabilities attain independence and build better lives for themselves, their families and their community.
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) must be able to provide compassion, understanding, and realization of the individual's dreams.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with individual's day-to-day needs (transportation, bathing, preparing meals, etc.)
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community
  • Help Individuals integrate into the community through various activities (shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.)
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to individuals who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits
  • Document the supports given and activities completed throughout the day

Job Requirements Include:
  • One (1) year working with individuals with developmental delays
  • G.E.D /High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
