What Does a Direct Support Professional Member Do?
You'll work directly with adults with disabilities, supporting them with daily activities and all aspects of personal care, helping with household tasks, and accompanying them on fun outings or community activities. It's meaningful caregiving work where every shift brings something new.

Starting Pay & Shift Differentials:
  • Starting at $16.00/hour
  • + $0.50/hour for Weekday Night & Weekend Day Shifts
  • + $1.00/hour for Weekend Night Shifts
