Data Analyst / Business Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and curious data professional to join our team. This role supports a wide range of analytics initiatives, from developing dashboards and reports to conducting data analysis, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple disciplines within the analytics ecosystem. Successful candidates may come from backgrounds such as business analytics, data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, application development, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate actionable insights.
  • Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate those needs into analytical solutions.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data integration processes.
  • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Contribute to data modernization efforts, including cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Document business requirements, analytical methodologies, and technical processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
