Sr. Financial Data Analyst
/Developer

We are seeking a talented Financial Data Analyst/Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating sophisticated budget management solutions for our projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data extracted from Government financial systems to develop, design, and build financial management data analytical and forecasting tools.
  • Collaborate with Government subject matter experts to understand requirements and ensure the developed tools align with the desired end state.
  • Design and implement financial forecasting, budget tracking, and expenditure analysis functionalities.
  • Create automated processes for data retrieval and updates, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Develop interactive reports using Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform, Excel Pivot reports, and Power Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard reports.
  • Build budget analytics tools as per project specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project management standards.
  • Deploy tools and reports to cloud environments as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong proficiency in software development with a focus on customized analytical tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Platform, Excel, and Power BI. (7+ yrs. for Senior Consultant level, 5+ yrs. for Consultant II level, 3+ yrs. for Consultant level)
