Live-In Personal Caregiver & Household Steward

Private Estate | Long-Term Placement | Discreet Environment

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced Live-In Personal Caregiver to provide attentive, dignified support for an 80-year-old non-ambulatory woman in a private residence situated on a beautifully maintained 5-acre estate.

This is a professional private-duty position best suited for a mature, reliable individual who brings both clinical awareness and refined household management skills. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a calm, well-ordered environment while delivering compassionate, consistent care.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide daily non-medical personal care (mobility assistance, hygiene support, repositioning, companionship)

Maintain a structured, respectful daily routine that supports comfort and dignity

Oversee and execute high-standard housekeeping (laundry, organization, cleanliness)

Prepare simple, nutritious meals with attention to dietary needs

Monitor general well-being and communicate effectively with family as needed

Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a peaceful household atmosphere

Compensation & Benefits:

$51,862.08-$70,000.00 annual salary PLUS

Private, well-appointed on-site living accommodations

Room & board Mileage Reimbursement for work-related duties Stable, long-term placement in a respectful, low-turnover environment

OPTIONAL:

Optional Estate Role for Accompanying Partner:

We welcome candidates who may have a spouse or partner interested in serving as a Groundskeeper / Estate Assistant.

Help maintain a 5-acre manicured property (professional lawn care and landscaping provided)

Light repairs, painting and general estate oversight

Ensuring exterior presentation reflects a high standard of care

Compensation for this role will be discussed based on experience and scope.

Caregiver’s Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in private-duty caregiving, CNA, home health, or similar roles

Demonstrated ability to care for non-ambulatory clients

Physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility support

Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence CPR & First-Aid Certification
