Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Chef/Cook to join our growing team!
Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills. right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Round Lake Senior Living is a growing community with a wonderful team who assist our residents Age Magnificently. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Part Time AM (10am-6:30pm), with every other weekend rotation.
Wage: $17.50 - $22.50

Are you compassionate towards others?  Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others?  If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!  Our Cook/Chef becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. 
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations. Duties include:
  • Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
  • Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
  • Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
  • Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
