In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards
  • Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service
  • Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back

What you need:
  • At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
