Job description

We are looking for a full-time Managerial Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in construction or trades setting, and be ready to take ownership of our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Prepare accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • Support budgeting and financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Construction Accounting preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other packages preferred.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
