Job Summary:
Are you looking for a rewarding career with excellent earning potential? Join our team as a Septic/Cesspool Pumping Technician! We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a fulfilling career and make a difference in our community. In this role, you will operate our pump truck, educate customers about their septic and cesspool systems, and provide effective solutions. No prior experience is necessary – we offer comprehensive training for all new hires. A CDL Class B (or A) license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and operate a pump truck to service residential and commercial septic and cesspool systems.
- Arrive punctually at customers' homes or businesses and conduct thorough inspections of septic systems.
- Educate customers about their septic and cesspool systems, explaining any issues and offering appropriate solutions.
- Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with the office team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

- Valid CDL Class B or Class A license.
- Excellent driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers clearly and effectively.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and operating equipment.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
