About the role
We are looking for a high-impact Lead Product Manager to join our US Market Core Products team and play a key role in taking our US offering to the next level.
Based in Miami, this consumer-facing role will focus on strengthening our value proposition for US customers, supporting our upcoming US market launch, and shaping the long-term product roadmap for the region. You will be accountable for driving product-market fit by leveraging deep customer insights, segmentation, and competitive intelligence, and by executing on our product vision in a highly competitive landscape.
You will partner closely with global product and platform teams to ensure that the US consumer needs are addressed in the products we build, enabling scalable, high-quality product delivery across countries.
You'll be responsible for
  • Owning the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core US consumer products, from discovery through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Defining and refining the US value proposition using deep customer understanding, data, and experimentation to drive product-market fit and sustainable growth.
  • Leading structured product discovery, including customer segmentation, problem framing, hypothesis design, and validation using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Conducting and maintaining a sharp view of the US competitive landscape, translating insights into clear product opportunities and differentiators.
  • Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing to ship high-quality features that balance customer value, business impact, and regulatory constraints.
  • Defining clear success metrics, setting ambitious but realistic goals, and using data to measure impact, prioritize trade-offs, and communicate outcomes.
  • Communicating vision, priorities, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, across multiple geographies.
  • Championing a culture of customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the US Market Core Products team.

We are looking for a person who has
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions and regions.
  • A high degree of ownership and autonomy, with a bias for action and the ability to operate in ambiguity while bringing clarity to the team.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and bring new capabilities (including AI and data-driven approaches) to the team.
  • Significant experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager working on consumer-facing digital products, ideally in US-based fintech, digital banking, payments, or other digital financial services.
  • Proven success driving end-to-end product execution: from discovery and problem definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product discovery, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking, and turning insights into clear product bets and roadmaps.
  • A track record of building products in high-growth, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments, ideally within financial services.

Location for this opportunity
  • Miami, United States

Our Benefits

  • Dental and Vision Insurance

  • NuLanguage - Our language learning program
  • NuCare - Our mental health and wellness assistance program
  • 401K
  • Saving Plans - Health Saving Account and Flexible Spending Account
  • Work-from-home Allowance
