Job description


The Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager supports intelligence collection
planning, requirements management, and coordination across multiple intelligence disciplines,
including HUMINT, GEOINT, National Technical Means (NTM), and MASINT. The successful
candidate will work closely with government sponsors, intelligence community stakeholders,
collection organizations, and mission partners to identify intelligence requirements, determine
appropriate collection capabilities, develop and submit collection requests, and monitor those
requests through completion.
The position requires a strong understanding of Intelligence Community collection processes,
intelligence products, collection capabilities and limitations, and national-level collection
requirements management. Location: Northern Virginia Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Responsibilities: Required Qualifications: * • Experience supporting Intelligence Community collection management, collection
* requirements management, or intelligence operations.
* • Demonstrated knowledge of the intelligence collection lifecycle, including requirements
* development, submission, coordination, monitoring, and satisfaction.
* • Experience working with one or more intelligence disciplines, such as HUMINT, GEOINT,
* MASINT, or national-level technical collection capabilities.
* • Knowledge of Intelligence Community collection requirements management processes,
* policies, systems, and best practices.
* • Ability to understand the capabilities and limitations of intelligence collection systems
* and resulting intelligence products.
* • Experience coordinating with government customers, analysts, collectors, mission
* partners, and/or national-level Intelligence Community organizations.
* • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* • Ability to manage multiple collection requirements, priorities, and stakeholders
* simultaneously.
* • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Desired Qualifications: * • Experience working in a multi-INT or all-source collection management environment.
* • Experience supporting national-level intelligence collection requirements.
* • Familiarity with Intelligence Community collection requirements management systems
* and associated account-management processes.
* • Experience working with imagery, geospatial intelligence products, or technical
* intelligence products.
* • Experience developing or implementing collection management SOPs and workflows.
* • Understanding of collection strategy development, intelligence gaps, prioritization, and
* requirements deconfliction.
