Job description

About Right at Home
At Right at Home, we believe everyone deserves to live with comfort, dignity, and independence in the place they call home. We do not just provide in-home care—we provide connection, dignity, and comfort.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. We serve clients throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. We're committed to making a positive difference—one client, one family, and one caregiver at a time.
About the Role
As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

  • Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

  • Providing medication reminders.

  • Assisting with mobility and transportation.

  • Safety supervision and peace of mind.

  • Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.

  • Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Successfully pass a background check.

  • Reliable transportation and valid ID.

  • Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.

Pay, Benefits, & Culture

At Right at Home, we value our caregivers just as much as we value our clients. When you join our team, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive pay of $19–$22 per hour

  • Flexible schedules that fit your lifestyle

  • Weekly pay every Friday

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Generous referral bonuses and incentive programs

  • Caregiver-to-client matching for the best fit

  • Paid ongoing training and career development

  • A supportive and collaborative team culture where you're truly valued

Why Join Right at Home?

For more than 25 years, Right at Home has been helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
