We proudly serve clients throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Every day, our caregivers make a lasting difference-one client, one family, and one meaningful connection at a time.
About the Role
As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors and vulnerable adults continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. More than providing care, you'll offer companionship, build trust, and become an important part of someone's daily life.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Providing medication reminders.
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation.
  • Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
  • Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
  • Communicating effectively with our office team.

Skills & Experience
We're looking for caring individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and want to make a positive impact in their community.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
  • Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you build your confidence and succeed in your role.
Pay, Benefits & Culture
At Right at Home, we believe exceptional caregivers deserve exceptional support. When you join our team, you'll enjoy:
  • Competitive pay of $19-$22 per hour
  • Flexible schedules that fit your lifestyle
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous referral bonuses and caregiver incentive programs
  • Caregiver-to-client matching for the best fit
  • Paid ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • A supportive, collaborative team where you're respected, appreciated, and valued
