What You'll Do
As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll provide meaningful support that enhances the lives of our clients by:
  • Building genuine relationships through companionship and conversation
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Supporting family caregivers by demonstrating safe care techniques
  • Following each client's personalized care plan while promoting dignity, independence, and respect

What We're Looking For
We're seeking caregivers who are:
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Honest, professional, and committed to quality care
  • Able to treat every client with dignity and respect
  • Comfortable following individualized care plans
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs
  • Comfortable working around small pets (dogs and cats)
  • Reliable with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Able to communicate by phone, text, or email regarding schedules and client updates
  • Able to lift at least 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing care for seniors
  • Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia
  • CNA, GNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus (if applicable)
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
