With more than 25 years of trusted experience, we are one of the fastest-growing international home care organizations, and we're seeking caring individuals in the Salt Lake area to join our team.
We currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.
Position: Caregiver
As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing companionship and emotional support, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining a safe home environment. You will also offer transportation to appointments or outings and give timely medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.
Benefits You'll Enjoy
  • Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
  • Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
  • Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
  • Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
  • Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Experience with dementia and behavioral care
  • Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)
