Griswold Home Care looks to hire capable, full-time OR part-time In-Home Caregivers to provide companionship and perform caregiving in the greater NE Columbia area including the communities of Blythewood, Ridgeway, Killian, Lake Carolina, Sandhills, Wildewood & Pontiac.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT / CNA
As a Caregiver, you are proud to help seniors & disabled adults live their best lives within the places they love most. Your assistance with daily tasks allows our clients to live as independently as possible. They appreciate your positive attitude as you competently assess what needs to be done. Whether you're performing light housekeeping duties, preparing meals, or grocery shopping, you approach each job with cheerful efficiency.
On occasion, you provide caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments, Alzheimer's or other dementia. Always patient and kind, you assist with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing. Your respectful approach allows clients to maintain their dignity as you help them maintain proper personal hygiene.
Attentive to detail, you keep a log of the duties you perform during your shift. You submit accurate documentation to ensure consistent, responsible care. Reliable and conscientious, you check in with the office often, providing timely updates regarding the needs of your clients. At the end of each day, you feel a sense of pride knowing you make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors & disabled adults!

WORK SCHEDULE
This Caregiver position has flexible hours so may fit whether you want Full-Time or Part-Time. Depending on the needs of our clients, there are opportunities for day or night shifts. Clients may receive as little as 2-4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care.
