The Live-in Caregiver provides continuous care and support primarily to a quadriplegic male and his two, small, loving dogs. The caregiver will ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a home environment. This role involves personal care, medication assistance, companionship, and health monitoring, with a commitment to compassionate support and effective communication. The caregiver reports directly to the healthcare manager and requires regular local travel using the client's accessible vans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Assist with medication administration and adherence to prescribed schedules
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare manager
