Logistics Analyst

About the Role
Essity North America is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to support regional logistics Projects, Programs, and Process Improvement Initiatives using in depth analysis. In addition, the role supports within assigned parameters the implementation of customer logistics related activities across Business Units.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Appleton, WI.

What You Will Do
  • Manages Supply Chain data reporting that allows for root cause analysis of issues related to manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and sales;
  • Prepares data, analyzes and interprets data, and make recommendations;
  • Helps develop process changes for various groups to support continuous improvement;
  • Communicates to all levels of the organization and helps develop service metrics, goals, and actual performance;
  • Monitors progress against project plans, identifies risk areas and implements corrective steps.
  • Works closely with business users;
  • Provides data application support & analysis for Supply Chain systems;
  • Reports back to the management on project status, accomplishments, backlogs, and other activities that could impact established priorities;
  • Must be able to use and/or lead technically advanced tools to enhance process design;
  • Helps establish cross-functional processes assuring they will result in automated and optimized outcomes for the organization;
  • Helps lead the efforts of extending Essity's Service Management business processes to all internal and external employees, customers, and suppliers;
  • Participates in special projects requiring advanced analytical support from the Business Logistics department assuring all data has integrity, is interpreted properly by the users, and results in solid outcomes;
  • Supports all other Business Logistics department functions, as assigned.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 1-3 three years of Business Analysis experience required.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, etc) and Power BI.
