Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team for The Haven at Columbus Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to residents and ensuring their well-being through accurate medication administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosages
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medication records
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
  • Assist with other care duties and resident needs as required
  • Qualifications:
  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
