Ballad Health Medical Associates Memory Care in Bristol, Tennessee is seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of memory disorders, cognitive decline, and complex neurobehavioral conditions.

This position offers exceptional clinical training in a highly collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work with the leading regional health system serving Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

Job Description

The Postdoctoral Neuropsychology Fellow will collaborate closely with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other specialists within Ballad Healths Memory Care program.

  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults and older adults
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized cognitive and psychological assessments
  • Provide diagnostic impressions, integrated reports, and feedback sessions to patients and families
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning
  • Assist with program development, quality improvement, and community education initiatives

Qualifications

  • Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral program in Clinical Psychology
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship with a neuropsychology focus
  • Completion of a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology from an accredited institution
  • Strong foundation in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive disorders, and evidence-based practice
