To thrive as a Live In Cleaner, you need practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of sanitation standards, typically supported by prior housekeeping experience. Familiarity with cleaning products, appliances, and sometimes specialized equipment like carpet cleaners is commonly required. Reliability, discretion, and strong communication are vital soft skills for building trust and maintaining harmonious relationships with household members.
