Work Schedule
This is a part-time position with the following hours:
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Applicants should be available to consistently work these hours.
What You’ll Do
As a Patient Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who visits our clinic.
In this role, you will:
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule appointments and help keep the daily schedule running efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions or concerns
- Assist patients with getting on and off our non-surgical spinal decompression equipment
- Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort throughout their visit
- Support the doctors by helping maintain smooth patient flow and assisting with procedures
- Keep the office clean, organized, and inviting
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care

Experience in chiropractic, healthcare, dental, medical, physical therapy, hospitality, education, fitness, or customer service is helpful, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training and will teach you everything you need to succeed.
