Job description

DMF Contracting is hiring an experienced full-time Remodeling Carpenter for residential and commercial remodeling projects. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in carpentry, cabinet installation, trim and finish carpentry, flooring, tile, doors, framing, and general remodeling.

Experience is important because you'll need to be able to work independently at times. We're looking for someone who can understand the scope of work, stay productive, make sound decisions, and complete quality work without constant supervision. You should also be proactive and able to think ahead, anticipating what materials, tools, or next steps will be needed to keep a project moving without unnecessary delays.


This is a long-term, hourly position with pay ranging from $25–$40/hour based on experience and skill level, with opportunities to grow and advance. You'll work on-site at various residential and commercial projects, so dependability, attention to detail, planning ahead, clear communication, and a professional demeanor with clients are just as important to us as your technical skills.
