Caregiver - Jemez Springs, NM

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice care. Your commitment will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Location Requirement:
This position is based in Jemez Springs only.
Applicants must currently live in Jemez Springs or be able to reliably commute to this location.


Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Support daily living activities (meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance)
  • Monitor and document client health, report changes to the healthcare team
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities
  • Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
  • Follow individualized care plans and routines
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals

Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving or home/community care preferred
  • Knowledge of senior care and/or disability support
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Hospice care experience is beneficial
