PRN Caregiver – Santa Fe, NM$25.00 Per Hour | Flexible PRN Opportunity

Always Best Care Senior Services – ABQ/RIO is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced PRN Caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

This is a PRN (as-needed) position designed for caregivers who want to earn an excellent hourly rate while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. We are looking for reliable professionals who are passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Medication reminders

  • Transportation and errands, when required

  • Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

  • Providing dependable, compassionate support to clients and their families

What We're Looking For

We are seeking caregivers who:

  • Have a genuine passion for caring for seniors

  • Are dependable, professional, and compassionate

  • Can accept PRN or as-needed assignments in the Santa Fe area

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Have an active CNA license 
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and active auto insurance
