Rutherford Contracting is a leading construction company specializing in ICI Buildings, Site Development, Facilities Management and Construction Management. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we deliver high-quality projects to our clients.


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experiencedConstruction Site Superintendentto join our team in theSite Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Site Superintendent will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the construction process.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment utilization, and waste disposal.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to find effective solutions.
