NOW HIRING – LEAD MULTI-FAMILY PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Multi-Family Plumbing Superintendent who is ready to lead crews, solve problems, and take pride in building exceptional multi-family projects.
This is NOT a general construction superintendent position. Multi-family plumbing experience is required.

Pay
$35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location
Multi-family construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee
Schedule
  • Full-Time
What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise multi-family plumbing crews from start to finish.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain project schedules and daily reports.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
  • Solve field issues while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-family plumbing leadership experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-family plumbing systems, including underground, top-out, and trim.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills.
  • Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
