We are seeking a proactive and organised Freelance Events Marketer to support an upcoming U.S. book launch campaign through live promotional events, activations, and audience engagement initiatives.

This role will focus on coordinating and supporting book signings, launch events, community activations, and promotional experiences tied to the campaign. The ideal candidate is experienced in event marketing, activations, promotions, or experiential campaigns and is comfortable working in a fast-paced freelance environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning and execution of book launch events, signings, and promotional activations
  • Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and venue communications
  • Liaise with bookstores, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with audience engagement and attendee experience during events
  • Support promotional activities tied to launches and live campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on timelines, deliverables, and event preparation
