- Perform in support of the parish's spiritual and pastoral mission.
- Shall abide by Catholic principles in the cook's professional and private life, and shall govern his/her professional and private life in strict accordance with Catholic morals and principles to demonstrate complete adherence to Catholic moral strictures.
- Prepare meals for the Pastor, Clergy and guests as required.
- Plan nutritious and well-balanced meals, purchase food and related household items
- Work within allotted budget guidelines; ensure goods purchased are properly accounted for.
- Ensure all applicable hygiene requirements are always adhered to.
- Always ensure that health, sanitation, and safety requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean kitchen in accordance with normally accepted health guidelines.
