Live In Azure 900 information

What pays more, AWS or Azure?

For a Live In Azure 900 role, salaries generally depend on experience, certifications, and location. Overall, AWS roles tend to offer slightly higher average salaries than Azure roles, but this can vary based on the specific job market and skill level. Both cloud platforms are in high demand, and obtaining certifications like Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Solutions Architect can influence earning potential.

Is AZ-900 enough to get a job?

The AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification can help entry-level candidates demonstrate basic cloud knowledge, which may improve job prospects for roles like Azure support or cloud administration. However, many employers prefer additional experience or advanced certifications for more specialized or senior positions. Combining AZ-900 with practical skills and hands-on experience increases employability in Azure-related roles.

Is the Azure 900 certification worth IT?

The Azure 900 certification validates foundational knowledge of cloud concepts and Azure services, which can enhance job prospects for roles involving cloud administration, support, or entry-level cloud engineering. It is considered valuable for those starting in cloud-related IT positions and seeking to demonstrate basic understanding of Azure environments.

What is the difference between Live In Azure 900 vs Azure Administrator?

AspectLive In Azure 900Azure Administrator
CertificationsAzure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Work EnvironmentEntry-level, foundational knowledge, cloud basicsOperational, managing cloud resources, implementing solutions
Industry UsagePrepares for cloud roles, beginner certificationDay-to-day cloud management, enterprise IT

The Live In Azure 900 certification focuses on foundational cloud concepts and is ideal for those starting in cloud roles. In contrast, an Azure Administrator handles ongoing management and implementation of Azure solutions. While the AZ-900 provides a broad overview, the Azure Administrator role requires more hands-on experience and advanced skills.

How much does Azure 900 pay?

Azure 900 is an entry-level certification exam for Microsoft Azure fundamentals, not a job role, so it does not have a salary. However, professionals with this certification can pursue roles such as cloud support associate or cloud administrator, which typically have salaries ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience and location.
